Q. How will my jewellery be
shipped ?A. During the checkout process you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method, however we only post via registered post within Australia as it is the safest option. Q. Do you accept credit cards ? A. Yes! We do accept credit card payments via paypal which is 100% free to use. All you have to do is create a free account with them if you dont already have one. You can create one here. Its quick and easy! Q. What payment options do you offer ? A. We offer a few different payment options for you. Feel free to use direct deposit, Paypal, cheque or money order. Q. Do you offer refunds or returns ? A. Yes we sure do! We have a 14 days return policy if you are not happy with your item for any reason. We of course do not accept returns after an item has been worn or damaged by the buyer. Q. Buying jewellery online can be a hard thing to do, how do i know im getting the right size(s)? A. We recommend that all customers should check out our sizechart, and compare the sizes that way. Please realise jewellery sizing differs, so please take note of the measurements provided. Q. How long does it take to receive my jewellery ? A. Within Australia most items will be received within 3 working days, but please allow up to 6 days from date of postage. Q. Do you accept wholesale orders ? A. Yes we have just started accepting wholesale orders. If you find products on our site that you would like to purchase in bulk please contact us and let us know what you are after. We will get back to you as soon as possible with some prices but please be aware that a minimum order may apply. Q. Where is your shop located so i can come in and see your jewellery on display ? A. At this stage we are an online store and do not have a shop front. We are focusing on an online business at the moment as it is such a growing trend and everyone is shopping online these days! Q. Hmmm, i still feel a little uncomfortable with making an online purchase ? A. That's ok, we understand. It can be a little nerve racking at times dealing with money online! So thats why we use Paypal, so you get a free, insured and secure transaction! And if you were to use direct deposit, we also provide secure, online shopping. Q.
